You’re experienced in client management, with a knack for understanding and interpreting their needs, providing clear solutions, and nurturing productive, long-term relationships. Advanced English proficiency and communication skills both in speaking and writing. You are comfortable and enjoy speaking with Australian clients. Bring 3+ years of IT experience, with a strong background in mobile and web app development, plus a solid grasp of programming basics. Have hands‑on experience with manual testing and a passion for helping clients launch and grow their tech products. Excel in quality assurance for mobile, web, and backend services. Are a proactive go‑getter, taking responsibility for your work, welcoming feedback, and ready to bring any great idea to life. Familiarity with Agile Methodology is a plus, and if you’re a Scrum Master, even better Essentials Access to both iOS and Android devices for testing.
