Inclusive Teamwork: celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive culture. Your Role Navigate effectively between 3 customer chats simultaneously while maintaining exceptional customer service. Resolve customer warranty inquiries, demonstrating conflict resolution and problem‑solving skills. Process requests and enter data accurately, utilizing multiple applications at once to complete tasks efficiently. Apply empathy and a strong customer‑service orientation to all interactions. Maintain a high level of reliability, adhering strictly to attendance and punctuality standards. What You Need: Non‑negotiables Minimum of 1‑2 years of prior Chat experience. Proficiency in the English language for both comprehension and written communication. Ability to multitask and utilize more than one application simultaneously to assist customers. Willingness to work On‑Site (Monday – Friday, Full‑time). Must live within one hour's commute to the MicroSourcing Manila office. Preferred skills/expertise Experience using Salesforce (Cases and Chats). Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated product knowledge relevant to warranty administration. Ability to work a Night Shift schedule that aligns with US EST Day hours. Proven ability to handle and resolve conflict effectively in a customer support environment.
