Job Description
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives in the property sector.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Oversee cash flow management and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Conduct financial risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve excellence in financial management.
The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field
  • Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within the property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
