Job Responsibilities Collaborate with process owners to gather, analyze, and document existing workflows, identifying key challenges and inefficiencies. Develop comprehensive gap analysis reports to support evaluation and decision-making for transformation projects that align with both business requirements and organizational goals. Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, reporting, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with stakeholders to validate requirements, clarify objectives, and define scope. Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams to assess potential solutions, propose process improvements, and contribute to the implementation of automation or system enhancements. Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with PMO standards to support governance and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong ability to facilitate workshops, conduct research, model processes, and define clear business and technical requirements. Solid understanding of both business operations and technology solutions, with the ability to bridge gaps between the two. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.). Preferably holds a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification or equivalent. Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
