WHAT YOU WILL DO

PROJECT SUPPORT & COORDINATION

  • Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day project administration and coordination across multiple workstreams.
  • Maintain and update project plans, action logs, issue/risk registers, and other PMO documentation.
  • Support in scheduling, preparing, and documenting project meetings, including steering committee and workstream reviews.
  • Track and follow up on action items, dependencies, and deliverables with stakeholders.

Governance & Reporting

  • Prepare and consolidate weekly/monthly project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Support project governance routines (e.g., project reviews, RAID management, milestone tracking).
  • Help ensure adherence to PMO standards, templates, and quality assurance practices defined by the consulting firm.
  • Data & Documentation Management Maintain accurate project documentation in shared repositories (SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Support data collection and analysis for progress tracking and performance metrics. Assist in version control and quality checking of deliverables and presentations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with internal project teams, client stakeholders, and third parties to gather inputs and clarify requirements.
  • Support communication and change management initiatives related to TOM execution.
  • Help coordinate workshops, training sessions, and branch engagement activities as part of the rollout.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Project Coordination: Ability to assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Skilled in maintaining project documentation and preparing status reports.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder updates.
  • Organization & Time Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to support digital transformation or system implementation projects in insurance.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to support risk assessments, issue tracking, and performance metrics.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) and basic Excel or data analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php55,000.00 per month
