Job Description The Company Nurse with Administrative Functions is responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to employees while also managing various administrative tasks. This dual role ensures the well-being of employees through medical assistance and supports efficient organizational operations through administrative activities. Healthcare Services Provide first aid treatment and emergency care to employees for injuries and illnesses. Conduct regular health check-ups and monitor employee health status. Manage and administer prescribed medications and treatments. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees. Organize and conduct health and wellness programs, including vaccination drives and health education sessions. Liaise with external medical professionals and healthcare providers for specialized treatments and referrals. Ensure compliance with occupational health standards and regulations. Promote workplace safety and hygiene practices to prevent illness and injury. Administrative Functions Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence in collaboration with the Admin Specialist/s. Manage scheduling and appointments for employee health assessments. Maintain health and safety-related documentation and update records as required. Prepare and maintain compliance documentation required by regulatory bodies (i.e. PEZA) or local health departments. Coordinate and prepare for inspections by regulatory agencies. Ensure that all necessary documents and records are readily available for review during inspections. Ensure timely submission of all mandatory reports and documentation. Coordinate and support training programs related to health and safety. Assist in HMO registration and processing. Other ad hoc tasks as required. Qualifications Registered Nurse. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. DOLE BOSH Certified is an advantage, but not required. Willing to learn and perform administrative and human resource functions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Amendable to work on-site and on a dayshift schedule.
