Role Description We’re looking for a Creative Operations Producer — a hybrid creative and operational thinker who can bring structure, taste, and clarity to how videos get made at VAAS. You’ll work directly with the founder and our editing team to: Develop creative concepts and directions for videos Manage production workflows from idea to delivery Ensure every deliverable feels visually aligned with the client’s brand Keep projects moving smoothly through Trello, Frame.io, and Slack This isn’t a pure project manager role. You’ll be hands‑on with creative thinking, visual references, and client alignment — guiding our editors and ensuring the output feels sharp, intentional, and on‑brand. Qualifications 3+ years experience in video production, post‑production, or design A strong sense of visual taste — pacing, typography, color, and brand feel The ability to adapt creative direction to match different client identities A process‑driven mindset — organized, proactive, and communicative Experience working remotely with creative teams Familiarity with tools like Trello, Frame.io, Slack, and Dropbox Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud - PR & AE is a must (Experience with generative AI tools is a strong plus.)
