You’ll be the first engineer to join this mission. You’ll design and develop internal platforms that automate workflows, link departments, and make our company run smoother, faster, and smarter. This isn’t a routine coding job. It’s an opportunity to pioneer a new department, shape the technology we’ll scale with, and become the lead developer of a growing tech team. Specific project details will be shared in later stages of the hiring process. About the Company Reisefilm is a creative-tech group founded in Norway with teams in Manila and Oslo. What We’re Looking For You’re curious, methodical, and love solving puzzles. You see patterns where others see chaos. You’ve probably automated your own spreadsheets, built tools that save people time, or tinkered with an ERP system and thought, I could make this better. Required Skills & Background Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering 2+ years experience with ERP platforms (Odoo experience is a plus) Good foundation in Python and relational databases Understanding of APIs, integrations, and workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) Analytical, self-directed, and comfortable owning full projects Clear communicator who documents their work and collaborates remotely Key Responsibilities Build and customize internal ERP modules (Sales, Projects, Accounting, CRM) Automate workflows between departments and external tools Develop dashboards and internal portals for better visibility and reporting Maintain system reliability, security, and data accuracy Collaborate directly with leadership to translate ideas into working systems Prepare for future scaling — documenting structure and creating repeatable templates What Makes This Opportunity Unique Be the first engineer shaping a company’s technology foundation Work directly with the founders and leadership team Build systems that matter — not theoretical projects Learn, experiment, and grow into a department lead Long-term role with space to develop new skills and real influence Contract Details Remote, Philippines-based preferred Full-time (40 hours/week) PHP 30 000 – 40 000/month 3-month paid trial followed by long-term contract Start Date: November 2025 How to Apply Send your résumé and link to systems/things you have built.
