OverviewSr Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Grace. This position is primarily responsible for the recruitment efforts to support Grace’s expanding Global Business Services operations in Manila, Philippines, and to offer similar services to other Grace locations based on demand. The specialist will work with a dynamic recruiting team to source, attract, select, and secure industry-leading talent.
The role is based in Manila and the selected candidate is expected to work the 3 PM to Midnight shift (local time) and report onsite 3–4 times per week, as required. The successful candidate should be amenable to working a schedule aligned with EMEA business hours.
Responsibilities- Recruit: Create and drive talent strategies to attract and retain a diverse and engaged workforce to meet current and future business needs.
- Identify, attract, and recruit experienced professionals for roles across chemical manufacturing, varied business lines, and all corporate functions.
- Manage sourcing strategy, candidate development and execution of full life cycle recruitment.
- Lead offer preparation and negotiations with candidates.
- Identify opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of recruitment processes and practices.
- Ensure all requisition and candidate activity data is captured in the applicant tracking system.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with HR business partners, corporate functions and managers to uncover business needs and discuss near-term and long-term recruiting plans.
- Recommend recruitment strategies and best practices based on knowledge and experience; actively participate in sourcing, interview and selection processes.
- Partner with external search firms for various roles as needed.
- Research and Projects: Stay informed of industry trends and recruiting techniques to attract talent; participate in HR projects and initiatives; assist in selecting appropriate search firms and manage ongoing relationships and results.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7+ years of talent acquisition and recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting across levels in the shared services industry or multinational environments.
- Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as SuccessFactors or similar.
- Experience using multiple candidate development tools (social media, networking, referrals) and managing external vendors.
- Strong consultative relationship-building skills and ability to influence at all levels within the organization.
- Strong drive for results, independent initiative, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
