The Role: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialists (Multiple Roles)
We are a fast-growing start-up BPO company in Alabang looking to build a dynamic and passionate Talent Acquisition team. We are hiring for three distinct roles under one posting to streamline our recruitment process and reach the best candidates efficiently:
Recruiter (BPO)
Onboarding Specialist
Sourcing Specialist

RecruiterKey Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for various BPO roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offers.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO setting.
Strong understanding of BPO job functions and hiring requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using ATS, job boards, and social media for recruitment.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions.
Additional task as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute onboarding processes for new hires including documentation and orientation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during their onboarding period.
Work closely with HR and Admin to prepare workstations, access credentials, and welcome kits.
Track onboarding progress and gather feedback to improve the process.
Qualifications:
Experience in onboarding, HR coordination, or employee engagement preferably in BPO / Call Centre setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Empathetic and approachable demeanor with a service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for BPO roles.
Utilize online platforms, job boards, and social media to identify and engage talent.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening to assess candidate suitability.
Track sourcing metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
Qualifications:
Experience in talent sourcing, lead generation, or recruitment marketing, preferably in BPO / Call Centre setting.
Creative and analytical mindset with strong research skills.
Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools is highly desired.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sourcing targets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
