Take full ownership of the end-to-end hiring process: from scouting and screening, scheduling interviews, to negotiating offers and onboarding new teammates. Qualifications Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, managing full life-cycle recruitment across entry-level, part-time, and senior roles in operational, corporate, and sales functions. Strong knowledge of the Philippines talent market and experience recruiting across the APAC region; a deep understanding of the Singapore market is a strong plus. Skilled at building trusted relationships with stakeholders and advising senior leadership. Confident using data and insights to inform decisions, improve processes, and drive better hiring outcomes. Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities across time zones. Fluent in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Mandarin would be a strong advantage.
