1. Campaign Strategy & Execution Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business development goals. Plan and manage paid digital campaigns (Facebook Ads), targeting both government and private sector clients. 2. Content Development & SEO Create and manage engaging content across the website, social media and email to showcase projects, services and company milestones. Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and increase organic traffic. 3. Website & Analytics Management Maintain and update the company website to ensure content accuracy, user experience (UX) and SEO performance. Track and analyze campaign and website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and other tools; generate regular performance reports with recommendations. 4. Social Media & Online Presence Manage the company’s social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to build brand awareness and engage industry professionals. Respond to online inquiries, follow up with salesleads and contribute to a positive online brand reputation. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with business development, engineering and project teams to gather project information and create relevant marketing content. 6. Market Research & Competitor Monitoring Stay updated on digital marketing trends relevant to the construction and infrastructure industry. Monitor competitor strategies and identify opportunities to enhance Marxton’s digital positioning. Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time to support the overall goals of the marketing and business development team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, applicants with experience in digital marketing is an advantage Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content strategy . Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console , and marketing automation tools. Strong writing, editing and communication skills — ability to simplify technical topics into engaging content. Experience using WordPress , Canva and basic graphic or video editing tools is a must Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
