Manage social media accounts and create engaging content in coordination with the content team. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing dashboards. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content for SEO, and support blog content strategy. Manage email marketing campaigns and automation flows using tools such as Mailchimp or HubSpot. Collaborate with graphic designers, content specialists, and web developers to align campaign visuals and messaging. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes. Track and manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on paid campaigns. Support lead nurturing and conversion strategies through landing pages, retargeting, and A/B testing. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Proven experience with paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices. Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar. Strong communication and analytical skills. Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus. Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and performance-based decision-making. Preferred Skills Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint. Experience in real estate, e-commerce, or B2B marketing. Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce. #J-18808-Ljbffr
