Systems Administrator (Risk & Compliance) - Flexible Work Setup MicroSourcing invites applications for the Systems Administrator (Risk & Compliance) role. This position is based in Cyberscape Beta, Ortigas, QC, Pasig and requires a hybrid work setup during the day shift. The role focuses on configuring and maintaining the CAMMS GRCS platform across risk, audit, compliance, and contract management modules, and on driving workflow automation and data governance for the Group Risk & Compliance function. Responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain the CAMMS platform across all modules, ensuring governance and data integrity. Design, test, and support API integrations with enterprise systems such as Workday, Cemplicity, and Active Directory. Develop custom reports and dashboards using CAMMS reporting tools and SQL queries from Microsoft SQL Server databases. Collaborate with IDX IT, CAMMS vendor technical teams, and the Group Risk & Compliance Manager to troubleshoot integrations and support user training. Document configuration, change control logs, and best‑practice solutions for GRC systems management. Provide second‑line support, coordinate system updates, and participate in user acceptance testing for new functionality or releases. Communicate system changes across the organization and support rollout initiatives. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in system administration or configuration roles. Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including writing and optimising queries for reporting and integration. Experience designing and implementing API integrations and managing data exchange workflows. Proven ability to manage workflow automation, hierarchy configuration, and system governance in a security‑focused environment.
