Responsibilities Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards in the workplace Assist external auditors/inspectors (Client, LGU, Government Sector, etc.) Formulate Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Control (HIRAC) Stay up-to-date on latest safety regulations as directed by DOLE Identify all hazards and conduct risk assessments during regular safety inspections Implement necessary corrective measures during inspections to prevent accidents Comply with DOLE requirements and maintain a safe and healthy environment for all workers on the project Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses; provide recommendations for improvements in safety standards Conduct toolbox talks and train workers on safety topics required by OSHA Prepare reports related to Health, Safety, Security and Environment Perform other duties as assigned or required Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or any 4-year course Has BOSH and COSH certification More than 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer Experience with construction companies and/or waste management services DOLE or DOLE-accredited Training Organization and ability to implement an OSH program Knowledgeable about DOLE compliance requirements Willing to work in Parañaque Office and be assigned to site projects Good understanding of ISO standards Can start ASAP Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Civil Engineering #J-18808-Ljbffr
