Business Development Project Manager (with Web Development Experience) Responsibilities include overseeing web and business development projects ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. Project Management Lead development of comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Oversee execution of multiple projects aligning with strategic goals, stakeholder expectations, budget parameters, and business impact. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership. Direct cross‑functional project teams and delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure timely and successful delivery. Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and satisfaction. Conduct high‑level project meetings, steer team discussions, and ensure clear documentation of decisions, action items and next steps. Monitor project progress, budgets, and milestones, proactively addressing variances and risks. Drive project performance through regular data‑driven progress updates to senior management and stakeholders. Implement and uphold quality assurance standards across all phases of the project lifecycle. Conduct thorough evaluations, audits, and inspections to proactively identify issues and ensure resolution. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks through proactive planning and response strategies. Resolve escalated project issues and roadblocks, leveraging critical thinking and leadership support when necessary. Track and manage financials, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and adherence to budget constraints. Maintain robust project documentation including reports, plans, logs, and evaluations. Deliver high‑quality outcomes through well‑structured project post‑evaluations and lessons learned. Advocate and lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and ensure project excellence in future engagements. Act as the key point of contact for project‑related stakeholder communication and satisfaction. Present detailed project updates, reports, and insights to stakeholders and executive leaders. Translate feedback into actionable insights to improve delivery, service quality, and experience. In charge of coordination, brainstorming, and decision‑making with the core team to ensure effective and efficient execution and launch of technology and business development projects. Provide support and backup in any marketing execution efforts. Assist in the execution of any internal and external events. Accountable for maintaining comprehensive project documentation and tracking key decisions. Website Development & Maintenance Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of website development projects, including new features, redesigns, integrations, and maintenance. Work closely with in‑house and external development teams, UX/UI designers, and content creators. Ensure the final product meets business requirements, technical specifications, and quality standards (e.g., performance, SEO, security). Requirements 5 years or more experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. 3 years or more of direct experience managing web development/technology projects. Demonstrable experience managing new product introduction or business development projects, ideally in telecom, travel tech, or consumer electronics sectors. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong technical acumen with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
