Job Summary As a Customer Program Manager, you will be responsible for the effective execution of all order management activities, including production, new product introduction (NPI), and return material authorization (RMA) orders. You will also drive commercial responsibilities related to the products and commodities you manage, ensuring timely completion of quotes, accounts receivable, claims, and credit memos. Essential Duties and Responsibilities May be a people manager with direct reports. Role model for people management skills, particularly influencing, conflict resolution, and execution of departmental budgets. Develop long‑term, multi‑level relationships with customer accounts. Responsible for site‑level execution of strategic initiatives and continuous improvement (CIP) activities. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Highly organized and data/fact driven; present business cases using data. Exceptional analytical skills and ability to develop root‑cause and corrective action plans. Attention to detail and strong organizational and follow‑up skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external customers. Strong influence‑management, negotiation, leadership, and assertiveness skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and MS Project, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP. Educational and Certification Requirements Associate’s Degree or equivalent in a technical, business, or financial discipline for Level 1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent for Level 2–3. MBA or Bachelor’s Degree with PMP/PGMP certification for Level 4. Negotiation certification is desirable. Experience Requirements 5+ years’ experience in the semiconductor or a similar industry (Level 3–4). Management Experience (People Manager) Senior positions must have at least 5 years’ experience in positions of increasing responsibility.
