Job Summary UCT is looking for a talented Customer Program Manager IV to join us in Cebu. The Customer Program Manager is responsible for effective execution of all order management, including production, NPI and RMA orders, and for commercial responsibilities related to the products/commodities they manage, such as timely completion of quotes, accounts receivable, claims and credit memos. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Be a people manager and have direct reports Serve as a role model for people management skills, particularly influencing, management and conflict resolution Manage department budgets as required Develop long‑term, multi‑level relationships with customer accounts Be responsible for site level execution of strategic initiatives and CIP activities Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Must be organized and data/fact‑driven. Present business cases using data. Exciting analytical skills as the CPM moves from levels 1 to 4 Ability to evaluate business results, identify gaps and develop corrective action plans to close them Attention to detail and exceptional organization and follow‑up skills Good communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external customers Strong influence‑management, negotiation, leadership and assertiveness skills Strong computer skills (MS Office suite, especially Excel and MS Project) and database (SAP or related ERP) experience Educational / Certification Requirements Associate’s Degree or equivalent in technical, business or financial discipline (Level 1) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in technical, business or financial discipline (Level 2‑3) MBA or Bachelor’s Degree with PMP/PGMP certification (Level 4) Successful completion of a negotiation certification course desirable Experience Requirements Five or more years’ experience in a semiconductor or similar industry (Levels 3‑4) Management Experience (People Manager Positions Only) Senior positions must have at least five years’ experience in positions of increasing responsibility People‑management skills & experience desirable for CPM 3 and 4 levels Ultra Clean Technology embraces diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
