Overview

This is a full-time onsite role for an Accounts Receivable Officer located in Manila. The Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for monitoring and recording incoming payments, managing customer accounts, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances. They will oversee invoicing, posting of receipts, reconciliation of accounts, and follow up on overdue accounts. The role also includes preparing AR reports, coordinating with Finance and Operations teams, and maintaining accurate records to support cash flow management.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and record incoming payments, manage customer accounts, and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
  • Oversee invoicing, posting of receipts, reconciliation of accounts, and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Prepare AR reports, coordinate with Finance and Operations teams, and maintain accurate records to support cash flow management.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related Finance functions
  • Knowledge of invoicing, billing processes, and reconciliation procedures
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial recording
  • Previous experience in an AR or accounting role is an advantage
  • Must have own laptop for work use
  • Available to start within 1–2 weeks
