Position Title: Inside Sales Representative Reporting To: Senior Lead, Customer Experience - Anthony Location: Cebu, Philippines Summary Description We’re seeking a driven and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Customer Experience Anthony’s team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving customer challenges, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service from quote to post‑shipment support. You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales managers and commissioned representatives, ensuring seamless order processing, accurate pricing, and a positive customer journey. Job Description Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients Provide responsive, high‑quality customer service across all touchpoints Initiate and manage pre‑sale activities including product knowledge, quoting, and order entry Ensure post‑shipment follow‑through and customer satisfaction Assure accurate customer pricing Collaborate with sales managers and reps to support quoting and order fulfillment Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve customer concerns Track and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail Qualifications and Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales Experience with AS400 or similar mainframe systems Ideal Candidate Traits Proven customer‑first mindset with a passion for service excellence Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines Collaborative team player with cross‑functional agility Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to contribute to team success Company Overview Dover Business Services (DBS) is an independent business‑to‑business service provider within Dover Corporation, a diversified global manufacturer with annual revenues of $7.5 billion.
