Enterprise Systems Specialist Qualifications Technical Knowledge & Skills Enterprise Systems Expertise : Hands‑on experience with SAP, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), HRIS (e.g., SuccessFactors), or other enterprise applications. Integration & Middleware : Understanding of APIs, web services, middleware tools. Database & Reporting : BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio). Cloud Platforms : Familiarity with cloud‑hosted enterprise systems (SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Salesforce Cloud, Azure, AWS). Troubleshooting & Support : Strong ability to resolve system issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors. Professional Experience 4 years + of experience in enterprise system administration, configuration, and support . Experience in system implementation, upgrades, and migration projects . Exposure to finance, supply chain, HR, or customer service processes depending on supported modules. Background in business process analysis and improvement using enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Systems Support & Administration Maintain, configure, and optimize enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Jira, HRIS). Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating to vendors when necessary. Support integrations across multiple enterprise platforms. Provide training, documentation, and user support for business teams. Project Management Lead and manage projects involving enterprise system enhancements, rollouts, or process improvements. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business requirements. Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful project execution. Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, plans, risk logs, and status reports. Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of projects within budget. Business Process Analysis & Improvement Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Recommend solutions that align with organizational strategy and enhance operational efficiency. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills . Good project management and coordination skills . Effective communication and stakeholder management .
