CHI is a shared services center providing transactional, processing, and consulting services in the areas of finance and accounting, information technology, supply chain management, human resources, downstream customer service and marketing. Established in 1998, CHI serves Chevron affiliates in six continents around the world. Over the years, it has grown to be one of the leading members of the shared services industry in the Philippines. About The Role We have an exciting opportunity for an Business Support Specialist . This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines . Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following Solution Design & Delivery Define and prioritize solution scope and value in alignment with product and release managers Translate business requirements into functional specifications and digital workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution integrity and fit-for-purpose design Stakeholder Engagement Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to validate solution fit and drive adoption Support change management and training efforts during deployment and hypercare phases Platform Expertise Serve as a subject matter expert in low-code/no-code technologies, including Power Platform and Salesforce Maintain documentation and provide support for deployed solutions Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and systems Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and business needs Citizen Developer Community Management Lead and coordinate the Citizen Developer Community of Practice, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across business units Global Service Center Develop and maintain best practices, governance models, and training materials for citizen developers Provide mentorship and technical guidance to community members, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and security protocols Organize regular forums, showcase, and feedback sessions to promote innovation and continuous learning About You We know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people.
