Be part of their pioneering team — explore open roles today. Key Responsibilities Handle and process clients’ new permits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely submission. Conduct training sessions for clients on freight and brokerage processes, systems, and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and marketing, as well as external partners, to ensure seamless client service. Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve client experience and operational processes. Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Assist the marketing team and participate in company marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, client engagement, and promotional campaigns. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned to support operational and strategic company needs. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 3-5 years’ experience in client-facing roles, preferably in logistics, operations, or business solutions. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and guide clients effectively. Attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information. Acts with initiative and responsibility, approaching challenges with an owner’s mindset. Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other business tools. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Great command of the English language, both oral and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to clients. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. High level of integrity and professionalism. Customer-focused. Resourceful, creative, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to meet deadlines efficiently. Innovative mindset and a passion for continuous learning. Adaptable and quick to learn new approach to improving tasks.
