Functions:

• Lead group in performing forward planning activities for the project
• Prepare a master schedule and be in charge of budget estimating for the project
• Coordinate with consultant/designers, planning officers, and other stakeholders pertaining to project design and project implementation plan
• Overall, in charge of project supervision and leading staff in execution of the project; manage performance regarding quality, schedule, innovation, cost control, budget planning and monitoring, construction planning and methodologies; maintain customer requirements and expectations
• Organize team of technical and administrative staff

• Provide solutions to on-site concerns and make good decisions
• Ensure materials, labor, and equipment utilization are maximized at the lowest cost
• Ensure timely delivery of manpower, equipment & materials at the site
• Prepare and submit reports periodically and on time
• Ensure safety and quality programs are implemented diligently
• Formulate and implement site rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect
• With at least 4 years of experience in the related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be assigned to Padre Garcia Batangas
• With solid experience in managing housing projects
• Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month

Role: Oversee and manage projects from inception through completion, focusing on drawing approvals, liaising between departments, and delivering high-quality elevator solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities & Timeline for Achievements:

• First 2 Weeks: Onboarding, understand company processes, meet the team, initial project review
• First Month: Integration and Initial Management; coordinate on at least two ongoing projects; manage drawing approvals; establish client communication
• First 90 Days: Project execution and management; oversee multiple projects; monitor billing milestones; prepare monthly performance reports
• In 180 Days: Team leadership and process improvement; mentorship and client relations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field
• 3-5 years in project management, construction or manufacturing preferred
