Job Summary

The Legal Officer shall carry out the duties of a Corporate Secretary, provide legal advice and other duties as assigned by the Legal Division Head of RCBC Leasing.

How will you contribute?
  1. Send out notices and/or reminders for the upcoming meetings;
  2. Draft the agenda needed for the meeting;
  3. Closely coordinate with different departments for the submission of the agenda and materials that will be needed for the meeting;
  4. Route the agenda, materials, and other relevant documents to different departments and board members;
  5. Attend the meetings and draft the minutes of the same;
  6. Draft Secretary's Certificate, certifications, etc.;
  7. File the GIS, By-Laws, and other required documents, as needed, with SEC e-fast and BSP;
  8. Ensure complete organization of secretarial documents (collation and uploading on Drive);
  9. Provide legal advisory;
  10. Conduct contract review and contract drafting.
What will make you successful?
  1. Member of the Philippine Bar;
  2. At least 1 year experience as a lawyer (in-house/Law firm);
  3. Knowledge in banking industry and corporate secretary duties is a plus.
