Key Responsibilities Digital Advertising & SEO Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms. Develop and manage SEO strategy to grow website traffic and improve organic rankings. Create audience segments and performance dashboards to measure ROI and conversion metrics. Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization. Analytics & Reporting Manage analytics and reporting using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and other tools. Generate regular reports on campaign performance, site traffic, and conversion trends. Present actionable insights and recommendations to Marketing and Sales leadership. Identify and evaluate new digital advertising channels (e.g. Grab Ads, FoodPanda, Angkas, etc.) for Promotexter’s Customer Acquisition service line. Lead the onboarding and integration of these channels, coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Work closely with Sales to build channel knowledge, pitch materials, and ROI models for client reselling. Support the Marketing Manager in strategic campaign planning, content coordination, and performance analysis. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Design teams to ensure consistent messaging and cross-channel alignment. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing. Strong proficiency with: Google Ads / Search / Display / YouTube LinkedIn Campaign Manager Google Analytics (GA4) SEMrush or Ahrefs Proven track record of optimizing campaigns and managing digital budgets effectively. Excellent analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail. Experience integrating or managing partnerships with digital ad networks/platforms is a plus.
