The Core Intelligence Analyst plays a central role in transforming data into stories. This role is responsible for uncovering actionable insights from social conversations, digital trends, and performance metrics—shaping strategies and creative executions for some of our most high-impact campaigns. This position bridges analytics and narrative, creating visually compelling and strategically relevant reports and presentations that inform client work, new business, and internal innovation. Monitoring & Data Gathering Track and analyze digital conversations across social platforms and the web using social listening and analytics tools. Stay up to date on emerging topics, hashtags, creator trends, audience shifts, and platform behavior. Insight Development Synthesize data into meaningful stories that drive strategy, creative decisions, and content development. Identify audience behaviors, content patterns, and cultural signals relevant to each client or category. Develop clear, compelling reports that combine quantitative data and qualitative insights. Lead the creation of recurring social listening and performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly). Visualize data in a way that’s digestible, narrative-driven, and on-brand using templates or custom layouts. Trendspotting & Thought Leadership Keep an eye on emerging platform features, content formats, and user behaviors. Lead the development of custom trend reports for internal and external use. Serve as the “pulse keeper” on what’s rising, fading, or shifting across categories and communities. Strategic Insight Integration Curate relevant platform, audience, and category signals that ground creative ideas and strategic recommendations in real-world data. Actively contribute in brainstorms and planning sessions, offering a data-informed perspective that sharpens direction and unlocks opportunities.
