Monitoring & Data Gathering Track and analyze digital conversations across social platforms and the web using social listening and analytics tools. Insight Development Synthesize data into meaningful stories that drive strategy, creative decisions, and content development. Identify audience behaviors, content patterns, and cultural signals relevant to each client or category. Develop clear, compelling reports that combine quantitative data and qualitative insights.
