About the role We're looking for an experienced Digital Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Instyle Newgem Cosmetic Corporation in Quezon City, Metro Manila . This is a full‑time position, where you'll be responsible for driving digital sales and marketing strategies to help grow our cosmetics brand. What you'll be doing Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Manage and optimise the company's online sales channels, including website, e‑commerce platforms, and social media. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and target audience insights. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align digital strategies with overall business objectives. Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing activities, making data‑driven recommendations for improvement. Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company's strategies remain innovative and effective. What we're looking for 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully implementing digital marketing campaigns and driving measurable results. Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine optimisation, e‑mail marketing, and content marketing. Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and act on insights. Proficient in using marketing automation and CRM tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Familiarity with the cosmetics industry or a passion for the beauty and wellness sector.
