We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team at Citadel Pacific. The HR intern will work closely with our HR Team Manager and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Training, Talent Management and Payroll. Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviewsConduct initial phone screenings and assist with coordinating in-person interviewsMaintain and update employee records and databasesAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employeesParticipate in the planning and execution of employee training and development programsAssist with employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and concerns, and escalating to HR Manager when necessarySupport HR Manager with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing HR documentsConduct research on HR best practices and assist with implementing new initiativesMaintain confidentiality of all HR-related information and adhere to company policies and procedures Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 200 hours and willingness to work in BGC, Taguig CityStrong interest in the HR field and desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalismPrevious HR experience or coursework is a plus, but not required Benefits: Paid internship with the opportunity for extension based on performanceHands-on experience in various areas of HRMentorship from experienced HR professionalsExposure to the real estate industryOpportunity to network and build relationships with professionals in the fieldPotential for future employment opportunities with Citadel Pacific
