Email Lifecycle Marketing Manager (HTML) + Enjoy a $400 Sign-On Bonus GrowthAssistant is looking for an Email Lifecycle Marketing Manager (HTML) to join our Growth Marketing team In this role, you’ll manage and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to meet revenue goals while collaborating closely with creative and operational teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment. You’ll also serve as the main point of contact for execution teams, track performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights through detailed reporting. Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-home Sign-On Bonus: $400 (limited-time offer) $25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonus Anniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years) Paid Time Off: 7 holiday PTO days/year 6 regular PTO days/year What You’ll Do Campaign & Program Management Build, test, QA, deploy, and monitor emails (batch communications, triggered sends, and lifecycle journeys) Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to achieve quarterly revenue targets Create and execute experiments and A/B tests for one-off emails and longer journeys Prepare production briefs for execution teams to implement campaigns Stakeholder Collaboration Manage communication and alignment across teams (creative studios and operational partners) Review creative assets and ensure alignment with campaign briefs Serve as the main point of contact for execution teams, providing context for audience segmentation and targeting Partner with customer service to troubleshoot issues Performance Analysis & Reporting Track and analyze program performance, preparing detailed reports and actionable recommendations Monitor and optimize the performance of emails across key metrics Configure dynamic content and test links, layout, and mobile/web rendering prior to launch Pull campaign reports into Excel/Google Sheets What We’re Looking For (Must-Have) 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email, and CRM (mortgage/financial services experience a plus but not required) Hands‑on experience with marketing automation tools (Braze, Salesforce preferred but not required) and analytics platforms Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks Experience in campaign development, creative briefing, and production workflows Excellent analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, and ClickUp Nice‑to‑Have Experience in the fintech industry Familiarity with audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and campaign execution Confident yet curious collaboration Rigorous prioritization and time management Strategic thinking with attention to detail Strong storytelling and presentation skills Ability to context switch effectively Why You’ll Love Working Here At GrowthAssistant, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, talented team, sharpen your skills with global clients, and make an impact in your career.
