Dashboard Management and Reporting Associate The Dashboard Management and Reporting Associate (Power BI Specialist) supports the business by translating, mapping, and consolidating key performance metrics and targets across the organization. The role assists in setting-up, developing, rolling out, and maintaining the customer-related performance dashboard, and in establishing and implementing performance monitoring and reporting structure and cadence within the organization. The position monitors business performance, consolidates relevant data, and synthesizes them into management reports. Translates CRS (Customer Retail Services) strategies into objectives and KPIs providing clear “line of sight” cross the organization Maps out and link customer, revenue, and operational metrics across the CRS organization Designs, develops, and rollouts the CRS Performance Dashboard for key CRS KPIs (e.g., Sales, Service Applications, Billing and Collections) monitoring progress and performance on key BAU and project metrics Manages the dashboarding lifecycle from initiation, design, build, test, and deployment in partnership with various enablers and stakeholders Creates dashboard framework, gathers pertinent information and organizes them in a logical and functional manner to translate user request into dashboard wireframe Organizes and sets up performance monitoring and reporting structure and cadence within CRS Qualifications Graduate of Business, Management, IT, Engineering or other related courses At least 5 years of relevant work experience in business performance management, business analytics and/or data visualization Background in telecommunications, e-commerce, branded consumer food group industry is a plus Knowledgeable in using MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python Excellent business communication skills and project management skills Can create strategy framework and business impact analysis Open to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City) #J-18808-Ljbffr
