The Jr. Legal Officer will provide expert legal support and guidance to the company on matters relating to contracts, corporate documentation, labor/HR cases, and compliance. The role includes reviewing and drafting legal documents, providing legal opinions on company matters, attending hearings when necessary, and ensuring the organization's operations comply with applicable laws and regulations Key Responsibilities Document Review & Drafting: Review, draft, and finalize contracts, legal documents, notices to proceed (NTPs), and other project-related agreements. Ensure legal soundness and compliance of HR-related documents and case resolutions. Legal Advisory & Representation Provide sound legal advice and opinions on corporate, labor, and commercial cases affecting the company. Represent the company in legal proceedings, hearings, mediations, or arbitrations, as required. Assess potential legal risks and propose mitigation measures. Coordinate with external law firms on cases. Corporate Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing corporate operations. Advise management on corporate governance, regulatory updates, and legal obligations. Qualifications Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD), member in good standing of the Philippine Bar. At least 3-5 years of relevant legal practice in corporate, commercial, and labor law. Experience in contract review, HR/labor disputes, and litigation. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to balance multiple cases and deadlines efficiently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
