We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager

Bacolod City, Negros Occidental

Full-Time | Onsite

Stonehill Suites is entering an exciting new chapter with our renovation and expansion projects —bringing refreshed rooms, elevated dining, and enhanced guest experiences to Bacolod City.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our brand positioning, strategic campaigns, and relaunch marketing efforts. This is a unique opportunity to shape how Stonehill Suites connects with guests, partners, and the wider hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, PR, and offline channels
  • Lead campaigns for hotel relaunch, dining concepts, weddings, and corporate events
  • Oversee website updates and content , ensuring booking engine, promotions, and brand visuals are aligned
  • Manage partnerships, media relations, and event collaborations
  • Ensure creative direction and brand consistency across all platforms
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management & Sales to hit marketing and occupancy goals
Qualifications
  • 5+ years marketing experience (hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle brands preferred)
  • Strong track record in strategic campaign planning & brand management
  • Skilled in digital + offline integration, PR/media coordination, partnerships
  • Familiarity with website management/SEO (via CMS or developer coordination)
  • Creative, data-driven, and a strong team leader
