We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting and franchise accounting operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial statements, compliance with regulations, and effective monitoring of franchise financial performance.

  • Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Issue monthly franchisee financial statements, settlement reports, and ensure timely financial reporting.
  • Record inventory adjustments and losses; analyze stock variances to strengthen internal controls.
  • Monitor franchise financial performance including profitability, cost management, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with franchisees on financial matters, queries, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate franchise account balances (advances, deductions, reimbursements).
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and franchise terms.
  • Supervise and train accounting assistants in handling franchise accounting transactions.
  • College graduate of an Accounting-related program.
  • CPA license is an advantage but not required.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in franchise accounting, preferably in franchise operations and/or retail accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
