What you’ll do: Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for sales and business‑related roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing offers. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies and networking. Screen and evaluate applications to identify candidates with proven experience and potential to meet organizational goals. Manage multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach, ensuring a steady flow of high‑quality sales candidates. Collaborate closely with all departments, especially Sales and Business Leadership teams, to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop recruitment strategies that attract top‑performing talent. Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers. Support employer branding initiatives focused on positioning the company as an employer of choice within the sales and fintech industry. Assist and develop SOP and process improvements in relation to recruitment and potentially other HR functions. Perform other recruitment and HR‑related tasks as assigned by the manager. What we expect from you: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field. At least 3 years of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, with a strong focus on sales, business development, or client‑facing roles. Proven experience in sourcing and hiring sales professionals through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job sites, referrals, and talent mapping). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both English and Filipino. Experience working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment such as technology startups, e‑commerce, or recruitment agencies. Knowledge of recruitment tools and systems; experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an advantage. Familiarity with talent market trends and recruitment strategies for sales and commercial roles. Experience hiring in the crypto, fintech, or e‑wallet industries is a strong plus. Understanding of local labor laws and compliance requirements is a plus.
