In this role you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience while maintaining alignment with the Bank's goals and values. What the role will entail Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify qualified candidates Screen, assess, and interview applicants to ensure they meet role requirements and qualifications Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and align recruitment strategies Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding while providing an excellent candidate experience Maintain an effective applicant tracking system and generate reports on recruitment metrics What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in end to end recruitment, preferably in banking or financial services Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing across junior to executive levels Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment What you can expect from joining our team Career development and training opportunities Competitive salary package and benefits Performance-based incentives and recognition programs to reward high-performing individuals Opportunity to work with industry experts and be mentored by them Defined career progression paths to guide you in your professional growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
