Responsibilities Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent Sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates to identify the best fit for our open roles Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates Providing guidance and coaching to the recruitment team to enhance their skills and performance Continuously monitoring and improving recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Generating recruitment reports and analytics to track and measure the success of our talent acquisition efforts Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both candidates and internal stakeholders Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies Experienced in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking Demonstrated success in building and maintaining a diverse and high-performing talent pipeline Familiar with employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to talent acquisition We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
