About the Role

The Channel Service Delivery Manager oversees and provides operational support to distribution channels to ensure smooth sales process execution, including Logistics, Licensing, and Information Management, Risk, and Compliance.

Coordinate with the Head of Partnership Distribution Support to align team goals with company and department objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, supervise, and control activities of the section based on changing goals, targets, standards, and resources.
  • Monitor and improve work methods, policies, and programs to enhance efficiency and meet objectives.

Logistics and Facilities:

  • Ensure timely provision of logistics requirements for the sales force.
  • Maintain and replenish branch furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Oversee purchasing transactions to ensure compliance with budget and regulations.
  • Create and monitor an accurate inventory system for supplies and sales tools.

Licensing & Sales Information Management:

  • Implement system enhancements for accurate sales reports, such as BSE Database and Production Reports.
  • Update and monitor changes in segments, branch assignments, and hierarchy.
  • Ensure seamless processing of BSE license applications.
  • Monitor service level agreements with the Licensing Unit of Insurance Commission.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in banking and insurance industries.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Business development skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills.
