This position shall be coordinating closely with the department heads to meet manpower targets for workers and staff efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and field recruitment Conduct initial interviews and coordinate trade tests or assessments Maintain applicant databases and recruitment trackers Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring progress Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or related field At least 3-5 years of recruitment experience (blue-collar (labor & skilled workers) or professional hiring) Strong communication and coordination skills Proficient in MS Office and online job platforms Results-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources, Administrative, and Legal Industries Industrial Machinery Manufacturing and Engineering Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
