Contribution and aim Responsible for leading the team for the quality delivery of financial reporting and ensuring compliance to all regulatory and management reports of the company are done on time. Key Responsibilities and role(s) Operational Ensure that all aspects of financial management is prepared and reported in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. Review and ensure timely submission of financial report to Cyprus office. Ensure compliance to government reportorial requirements. Review the annual admin budget for submission to Cyprus office. Review schedules and analysis of account balances, including year-end audit. Review the computation of corporate income tax. Assist in attending to the regular and special audits of external auditors as well as other consultants. Administrative Evaluate performance of employees in Financial Reporting and Compliance group and recommends regularization, promotions and other human resources related activities. Assess training needs of subordinates and recommend them to Team Manager. Monitor and assist staff regarding their assigned duties and ensure that tasks are being done according to the Company policies and procedures. Assist Team Manager in management, planning and development of the team, and in the evaluation and implementation of company policies and procedures.
