Job Description

The Retail Specialist for Stores is responsible for optimizing the performance of retail stores by ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and maximizing sales. They play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, implementing strategies to enhance customer experience, and achieving sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist walk-in subscribers with their concerns and queries.
  • Sells all products and services to walk-in customers. Performs product demonstrations.
  • Accept, screen, evaluate, and approve documents received from subscribers.
  • Practice timely and efficient customer delivery to achieve team targets.
  • Comply with shift schedules and attendance policies, including pre-approval for OT.
  • Maintain a clean workplace compliant with 5S standards and company policies.
  • Execute functions as required by Iris system policies, including cashiering and accepting payments.
  • Monitor and resolve after-sales transactions.
  • Encode all transactions accurately and transmit subscriber documents to the Credit Library promptly.
  • Function as custodian or cashier as needed.
KPIs
  • Achieve store’s sales & revenue targets.
  • Achieve favorable Line Wait and CSAT/MSP results.
  • Meet SLA standards for all transactions.
  • Maintain minimal or zero exceptions.
  • Complete all training and examinations successfully.

Certifications
