Pricing Specialist

Overview

CBRE seeks an analytical, innovative, and driven Pricing Specialist to join the Team in Makati. This role reports to the Account Lead and provides commercial and pricing support to the Pricing & Risk Team.

• Review pricing and costing inputs for regional/global pursuits.
• Actively communicate with country representatives for pricing and costing information inputs.
• Drive and coordinate global pricing strategies on new and renewal RFPs with the support of sales and client solution and the account pricing support team to develop accurate, complete and market competitive pricing.
• Understand client commercials and pricing requirements, bridge and analyze client RFP information, remain engaged throughout the RFP process with the sales and client solution teams and develop pricing assumptions key to the client proposal.
• Develop sound commercial strategies aligned to client objectives and build profit and loss statements assessing deal profitability ensuring the deal meets relevant business targets.
• Help reinforce and ensure proper governance procedures were in place for deal sign off.
• Work with business leaders/local SMEs/sales and client solutions team on pricing and any other commercial related queries or issues.
• Ensure accurate translation of deal economics to contract terms and handover to transition and operational teams to ensure smooth transfer of knowledge and enablement of tracking actual performance against deal terms.
• Develop in-depth understanding of country specific labor costing and overhead allocations.
• Be a thought leader and contribute to the overall success of the account.
• Review gaps and identify process improvement opportunities within the team.

• 2-5 years' experience in Commercial/Pricing/Contract Management, preferably in the Facility Management industry
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
• Highly detail-oriented with data analysis skills and a mindset for creativity and innovation
• Extremely organized and methodical, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and on time
• Excellent analytical skills, able to handle high volumes of data and articulate complex business issues, including problem identification, evaluation, and resolution
• Ability to respond effectively on most sensitive issues
• Ability to write reports, manuals, frameworks, processes
• Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to clients, top management, and stakeholders
• Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, clients, and top management to take action
