Logistics and Supplier Admin - Morning Shift/Cebu We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supplier Operations Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting supplier onboarding, managing daily supplier communications, resolving order and inventory issues, and driving process improvements. You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external suppliers to ensure efficient operations and excellent delivery service. Responsibilities Facilitate the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring alignment with company policies and expectations. Train and support suppliers on systems, tools, and workflows to improve performance and efficiency. Act as the primary point of contact for supplier enquiries and issue resolution. Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure smooth coordination between suppliers and internal teams. Manage and respond to supplier-related communications from internal and external stakeholders. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues related to order fulfillment, inventory discrepancies, and supplier performance. Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to implement corrective actions. Communicate with customers when necessary to offer resolutions related to supplier-related order concerns. Recommend and support improvements in operational processes to increase efficiency and supplier compliance. Identify and resolve issues in inventory feed accuracy and updates. Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions, agreements, and performance metrics. Ensure supplier documentation is organized and up-to-date for compliance and internal reference. Work closely with Logistics, Credits, and the Supply Chain Technology team to align supplier operations with overall business goals. Share regular updates and insights on supplier performance and issues with relevant internal teams. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in supplier coordination, logistics, or supply chain support. Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners. Demonstrated experience in handling supplier issues, conducting root cause analysis, and applying sound judgment in decision‑making. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail. Highly organized and adaptable, with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
