Job Objective:

The Demand and Inventory Planner is to ensure optimal inventory levels, accurately forecast demand, and align supply chain operations to meet customer needs efficiently. This involves minimizing costs, reducing stockouts and excess inventory, and enhancing overall supply chain performance to support the company’s strategic goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

This position will be hired under RelianceCARE, Inc. - a subsidiary of Unilab.

Duty and Responsibilities

  • Analyze consumption data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and preventing stockouts.
  • The planner coordinates with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and efficient inventory flow.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for improvement.
  • Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy and inventory management efficiency.
  • Collaborate and work closely with various departments to ensure accurate forecasting, optimal inventory levels, and smooth supply chain operations

Background and Qualifications

  • At least two(2) years of relevant work experience in Demand Forecasting and/or Inventory Management
  • Background in Engineering or Business related courses
  • Experience in ERP Solutions(e.g. Net Suite, ARIBA, etc) is an advantage

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time, regular employment
  • 8-hour work days, Monday through Friday
  • Assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
  • Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required as job duties demand
  • Occasional travel to build partnerships with institutions and organizations may be expected, as well as attendance at relevant conferences/events
