The role involves feasibility analysis, financial planning, design coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with business goals. Key Responsibilities Site and Project Evaluation Conduct market studies and feasibility assessments Recommend project positioning and development mix based on market needs Prepare development budgets and financial models (including ROI, IRR, NPV) Monitor financial performance and recommend adjustments to ensure targets are met Design and Master Planning Coordinate with planners, architects, and consultants to integrate residential, retail, and commercial components Ensure project design aligns with concept, budget, and regulatory guidelines Project Execution & Coordination Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Construction, Legal, and Finance teams Track project milestones, address issues, and ensure timely delivery Reporting & Stakeholder Communication Present project updates and financials to management Coordinate with external partners and consultants as needed Qualifications Graduate of Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related field At least 5 years of relevant experience in real estate development Strong background in financial and project feasibility analysis Experience handling residential, commercial, and retail development components Excellent coordination, communication, and planning skills Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management and Business Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
