About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Specialist, Data Operations to join our team. In this role, you will manage critical tasks related to location data curation, audits, and manual product supporting tasks, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our platform and external listings. You will collaborate with internal teams and manage multiple projects while handling large data sets.

• Execute projects related to location data according to the guidelines provided
• Utilize our ticketing system to document and track project progress, ensuring timely and transparent communication with project requestors
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide periodic reviews of network listings, highlighting data discrepancies and updates
• Work efficiently through high volumes of data with attention to detail and adherence to guidelines
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to provide a seamless and responsive support experience

• 1–2 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with large data sets
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to apply processes to real situations
• Excellent English communication skills for collaboration with internal teams
• Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work in a dynamic and changing industry
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus
• Proficiency with ticketing systems and creating tracking tools in spreadsheets is a plus
