About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Specialist, Data Operations to join our team. In this role, you will manage critical tasks related to location data curation, audits, and manual product supporting tasks, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our platform and external listings. You will collaborate with internal teams, leveraging your ability to handle large data sets, communicate effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Your Responsibilities

• Execute projects related to location data according to the guidelines provided

• Utilize our ticketing system to document and track project progress, ensuring timely and transparent communication with project requestors.

• Collaborate with internal teams and provide internal stakeholders with periodic reviews of network listings, highlighting data discrepancies and updates

• Work efficiently through high volumes of data, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to guidelines.

• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to provide a seamless and responsive support experience.

Your Profile

• A professional with 1-2 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field.

• A motivated individual with strong organizational skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.

• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and apply processes to real situations

• Excellent communication skills in English for collaboration with internal teams

• A proactive mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks and delivering results within tight deadlines

• Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing industry

• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus

• Proficiency in using ticketing systems and creating tracking tools in spreadsheets is a plus
