Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment within the finance team. Allocate responsibilities and set clear objectives to ensure the team's success. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Provide insights into financial performance and trends to senior management. Lead the development and monitoring of budgets in collaboration with department heads. Oversee the preparation of financial forecasts, identifying opportunities for cost optimization. Work closely with business units to ensure alignment between financial goals and organizational objectives. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards. Manage the coordination of internal and external audits, addressing audit findings and implementing recommendations. Continuously assess and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices in financial management and reporting. Evaluate and recommend enhancements to financial systems and tools. Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial information and support organizational initiatives. Serve as a key liaison between the finance team and other business units. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required. 5+ years' experience in a leadership role within a finance team. Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Locations & Compliance Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
