Elite Global is currently seeking HIGHLY ENERGETIC and RELIABLE individuals for the following position for its office in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila.

Assistant Product Manager strategically develops, manages, and integrates a set of service-related features and applies a combination of business analytics, creativity, and flexibility to contribute to the overall Online Game services. The ideal candidate is an individual who is driven and self-motivated, has initiative, and also has the ability to communicate and work with people both inside and outside of his or her own team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for the day-to-day operations and production of online game titles.
  2. Liaise with internal departments and external developers to improve services and products.
  3. Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  4. Required Language: English (Fluent in writing & speaking)
  5. Act as liaison between ELITE Global Sourcing and its Client.
  6. Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Candidate must possess a College Degree in a reputable University or equivalent work experience.
  2. Minimum 1+ years of experience in Project Management, Marketing, or in the PC online game industry, particularly in product management, is recommended but not required.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Computer literate, knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  5. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to establish cross-functional teamwork.
  6. Familiarity with PC and Mobile online gaming.
  7. Requires strong attention to detail & follow-through on User issues.
  8. Experience in customer support/service (mail and chat support) is a plus but not required.
  9. Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
