Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and standards.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation for quality control procedures.
  • Train staff on quality assurance practices and tools.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
  • Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), raw materials, and finished goods inventory to ensure alignment with production targets.
  • Collaborate with production, purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and components.
  • Identify and address potential delays, shortages, or bottlenecks in the production process.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and order status using ERP/MRP systems.
  • Generate reports on production performance, material usage, and delivery schedules for management review.
  • Support the implementation of production control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with demand forecasting and capacity planning to ensure efficient production flow.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
Qualifications
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in PEZA and BOC processes, ERP/MRP systems, and Quality Assurance methodologies.
  • Working Conditions: Office and manufacturing environment, potential exposure to safety hazards.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
